What happens to my videos if my subscription expires?

ScormFly is a streaming service

At first glance, ScormFly might look like a simple video-to-eLearning conversion utility, but it's actually much more than that.  ScormFly is also a video streaming service that optimizes content for playback on desktops and mobile devices with varying bandwidth and capabilities.  It's streaming service provides the best viewing experience a device can provide based on its capabilities and available bandwidth.

ScormFly downloads do not contain videos

It's also worth noting that SCORM packages downloaded from ScormFly do NOT contain a video file --it remains in ScormFly.  This approach enables learning management systems to  benefit from ScormFly's advanced video streaming service.

Should your subscription expire, any SCORM packages downloaded from ScormFly into your learning management system will no longer have access ScormFly's streaming service.  Expired ScormFly accounts along with their videos are purged after a safety period.  Since videos are created outside of ScormFly and subsequently uploaded toScormFly there is a good chance that the person who created a video will still have access to original copy.  However, if you are planning to drop your ScormFly subscription and you cannot locate one or more of the original video files that were uploaded toScormFly, contact Homer who will help you with downloading your original video file(s) from ScormFly. Please note these files will be the original video files, not the ones wrapped in SCORM.
