Does the learner have to view the entire video?

By default ScormFly reports to your LMS that eLearning has been completed only after 90% of the video has been viewed.   You can actually customize how much is viewed before completion in the edit video page.  ScormFly also saves the playback position of the video to the LMS so that it can provide the user with an option to resume playback from where they dropped out.
