Updating the status of a Learning Plan

This article describes the steps needed to change the status of the Learning Plan from Staged, to Active or Retired.

1. In CLESite find the Plan and choose Edit

2. Change the Status of the plan by selecting the button. 

Staged - the Plan will not be visible in LearningSite

Active - the Plan will be visible in LearningSite (Note: Deadline Reminder emails will be sent out for the enrollees in the plan)

Retired - The Plan will not be visible in LearningSite but the data can be viewed in InstructorSite

3. Choose Save Plan
