Bitrates and why should I care?
As a best practice, the videos you upload to ScormFly should have a total bitrate of no more than 6 mbps aka 6,000 kbps, see https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=en as a reference for online video.
Right-click on your MP4 in Windows Explorer and mode note of the total bitrate. 17,190 kbps in this case:
ScormFly will adjust the bitrate for you automatically, but try to tweak your export settings to produce an MP4 at a bitrate of no more than 6,000 kbps. Why? Your export will be faster, your file will be smaller, your upload will be faster, and ScormFly will encode it faster.
