Chrome Error Playing Media

If your having trouble playing videos in Chrome it may be due to hardware acceleration.  

You can press F12 and inspect Chrome's console for:

Error playing media: Media Player > code:2

If your seeing that, type 'chrome://flags' into your browser and disable 'Hardware-accelerated video decode'.
